Proverbs 3:9-10 

    Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: [10] So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. 

Honour/Honor = to promote heavily or with great weight

NBC and the NFL honored the Cardinals and the Steelers, the two teams that played in Super Bowl XLIII, with great weight, by heavily promoting the teams, franchises, players, coaches, and game. They and many others jumped in to honor (with great weight) the game and to invest millions of dollars to heavily promote (honor) their own companies through commercials and periodicals.  Advertisement for this game and from these companies could not go unnoticed. Why is that? They promoted it and themselves heavily!

How heavily are we promoting the Lord with all we have and each new resource we gain? 

How are we using our homes, cars, computers, jobs, and lives to promote with great weight Jesus?

We're heavily promoting someone! 

Who is it?     

May it be the Lord!!!

Romans 14:7-12 

    For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. [8] For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's. 2 Cor. 5:14-21

[16] Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we Him no more. [17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. [18] And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; [19] To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. [20] Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. [21] For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

Merry Christmas

Friends,  

We pray that this greeting finds you joyfully celebrating the life of the Lord Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and perfect Righteousness, this Christmas. Jesus, who is our Life and Justification, is the one and only gift given by God that is able to deliver a rebellious sinner from himself, his own sin, the power of Satan, and the deceptive influence of a fallen society and at the same time intentionally deliver him to a life of unashamed and unadulterated service of God Almighty. Having a life that is NOW justified by the redeeming righteousness of Jesus is our supreme reason to joyfully celebrate, not only at Christmas time but also all the days of our lives.

Just as we sent you this Christmas greeting, God has also sent to us His precious Son. Jesus is the very thought of God manifested in flesh to reveal to us His hearts desire to rescue our life from the curse of sin and the chains of Satan. Jesus was sent to us, and was born of a virgin, to set us free from ourselves and the penalty and the power of sin to make us His own personal disciple.  

Today, would you consider the reality and truth why Jesus Christ was born? He was born so you can be forgiven of sin and to make you wholly His and that you might be justified to serve Him, being holy and blameless, all the days of your life. May God’s grace effectually abound toward you in truth this Christmas, setting you free to serve and share His redeeming love and grace. If you’re not a disciple of Jesus you can be set free today through His sinless life and sacrificial death. He is able to deliver you from the authority and power that influences your life NOW, and also leads a lost and dying world to live for themselves, and invade your life with His grace just as He invaded Bethlehem, over two thousand years ago. Trust Jesus with your sin and your life. Turn from it all and turn to the Lord today!  

We are delighted to call you our friend and wish you the most amazing Christmas and coming year possible. Thank you for praying for us, as we pray for each of you, that we will honor the Lord by walking in His anointing upon our lives that we may bring glory to His name and cause. 

“That He would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve Him unashamedly,in holiness and righteousness before Him, all the days of our life.” Luke 1:74,75  

If anybody ask you about Jesus or Christmas you can share with them this season and year around:  

“He came to DELIVER us FROM Something in order to DELIVER us TO Something” If we haven’t been to Delivered TO Something (that is; unashamed service) and Someone (the Father) we haven’t been Delivered FROM Something (sin and self-centered living) and we’re still perishing in our sin and need Jesus.  

Have fun unashamedly serving King Jesus!!!

Living by Grace

Live in the Light of His Return!  

Titus 2:11-14 

    For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, [12] Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; [13] Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; [14] Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. 

If we're not living life, as a result of Listening to Jesus, Learning from Jesus, Leaning on Jesus, Leaving all for Jesus, Loving more of Jesus, Looking to Jesus, and Longing for Jesus, while expecting His promises today and anticipating His sure return, we're not living by GRACE or in the Light of His Return!    

We can today! May the Lord grace us with repentance in order to turn us toward Jesus and turn us from an offensive life of sin and unbelief. That we may be instructed by His grace to know the Truth, trust Jesus, and obey the demands of the gospel. When God graciously grants repentance to His subjects He promises to continually teach them by His GRACE so they can daily Live in the Light of His Return.
